The Founder

Sumeet Bedi is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for hospitality and events. He graduated from a prestigious hospitality management school in Australia and quickly established himself as a patisserie chef. Over the years, he expanded his horizons and ventured into event management, wedding planning, and catering. He has catered for big gatherings with exclusive dishes from around the world, earning a reputation for his creativity and expertise. Sumeet’s vision for TermericaTM is to create a year-round wedding party experience with a focus on bringing a variety of exclusive dishes from around the world to Mohali. He is passionate about food and believes that it is the main talk of any party. He is excited to bring his signature dishes to the restaurant scene and create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

A few words about Amit Dhingra,

Co-Founder

Amit Dhingra is the co-founder of Barbecue, a live barbecue and bar opening soon in Mohali’s Sector 74 A. With a passion for food and a love for experimenting with new business ideas, Amit has dreamed of investing in the restaurant space for years.
Since the start of his career in 2002, Amit has gained extensive experience in financing, and in recent years, he has been involved in the sales of used luxury cars. Along with his business acumen, Amit brings a wealth of knowledge about food and dining to the table, making him an invaluable asset to the Barbecue team.
Amit and his close friend, co-founder Sumeet Bedi, share a vision for bringing a variety of exclusive dishes from around the world to Barbecue’s customers.

In 2011, Sumeet started his catering business with a unique concept of catering for large gatherings with exclusive dishes from around the world.

Over time, Sumeet formed a team of chefs specializing in various cuisines, ensuring top-quality food and service for his clients.

In 2019, Sumeet came up with the idea of TermericaTM, a live barbecue and bar that offers an unlimited buffet of mouth-watering dishes and drinks.
